  My buying experience at Home Depot was excellent. I purchased a 7 piece patio set - the Hampton Bay/Andrews item with 6 chairs and a ceramic tile top table. No one has yet used the set, however, today I noticed a crack in one of the tiles. It came with a spare, so, so far, so good. Problem is, if a tile cracked with no use, what will happen when it's used. The tiles are about 11 1/2 X 11 1/2 inches square - not the normal dimensions for ceramic (floor) tiles.
  Called the store, spoke to a couple of folks, including a guy from "seasonal", explained the problem and was told that the store doesn't stock replacement tiles, however, I could bring in a tile and try to match the colour to a floor tile. To me, that would be a last resort because, presumably, a tile would have to be cut and polished and would not likely match the ones on the "new" table.
  Then a brilliant idea from "seasonal". Call the number on the Home Depot website for assistance.
  That I did and got a very nice young lady who tried to help but advised that she only deals with internet orders and wondered why the store would advise me to call the online help number. Asked if she could find out if Home Depot could order replacement tiles from their supplier. She tried to call a number but couldn't make contact with whoever she was calling.
  Now for another brilliant idea. She gave me a number that I could call on Monday. Turns out that the number is the Hampton Bay Company in the US which I take to be the importer/distributor of these products from China.
  So, here I am with a nice product, part of which has become suspect with no apparent plan from the retailer to provide spare parts should the product become unserviceable - except to perhaps replace the parts with modified floor tiles. And, I'm advised to call Home Depot's supplier for assistance.
  I'll give the experience 2 stars at this point. Loved the sales experience, however, the after sale customer service is, so far, unprofessional. Still hoping to resolve the issue.
